1. Description of Service

Amianto.info is an online directory that connects asbestos professionals -- including surveyors, removal specialists, consultants, and laboratories -- with clients seeking asbestos-related services across Europe.

Our platform allows professionals to create and manage business listings, and enables clients to search, compare, and contact listed service providers. Amianto.info acts solely as a directory and intermediary; we do not provide asbestos services directly.

2. Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans for professionals:

• Free Listing: Basic company profile with name, location, and contact information. Limited visibility in search results.
• Starter (29 EUR/month): Enhanced profile with logo, description, service areas, customer reviews, and improved search ranking.
• Professional (89 EUR/month): All Starter features plus featured placement, priority support, analytics dashboard, and the ability to showcase certifications and project portfolios.
• Enterprise (179 EUR/month): All Professional features plus dedicated account manager, custom branding options, API access, multi-location management, and premium placement across all relevant searches.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of initial subscription. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice.

4. User Accounts

To create a listing on Amianto.info, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Each company may maintain only one account and listing on the platform. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Amianto.info, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent credentials, certifications, or business information.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to other users of the platform.
• Impersonate another person, company, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
• Use the platform to engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data on the platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the platform through automated means without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements of Amianto.info are the property of Amianto.info or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without prior written permission.

By creating a listing, you grant Amianto.info a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing content on our platform and in related marketing materials. You retain ownership of all content you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amianto.info operates exclusively as a directory service. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any services provided by professionals listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amianto.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any listed service provider.

Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify the credentials, certifications, and insurance coverage of any professional before engaging their services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and display a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Amianto.info after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your listing will be removed from public search results. We may retain your account data for up to 90 days for legal and administrative purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including applicable consumer protection directives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the European Union.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
