Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Amianto.info can be cancelled and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to one of our paid plans, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Plans

Amianto.info offers four subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing details are available on our registration page.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard at /dashboard/subscription, or by contacting us at contact@amianto.info.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to all paid features until that date.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the period, preserving your listing data.

3. Refund Policy

Because subscriptions provide ongoing access to a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: if a critical platform malfunction prevented you from using the service for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it.
  • Accidental renewals: if your subscription auto-renewed and you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date without having used the service in that period.
  • Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a billing error.
  • Statutory rights: where applicable consumer protection law grants you a right to withdrawal (typically the first 14 days for EU consumers, unless service has already been provided in full).

Refund requests must be submitted to contact@amianto.info with details of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscribers who cancel mid-term are not entitled to a pro-rated refund of the unused portion, except as required by applicable law or in the circumstances listed in section 3. Access to paid features remains available until the end of the billing year.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment and can be downgraded or deleted at any time without notice. No refund is applicable.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at contact@amianto.info before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of associated fees.

7. Service Discontinuation

If Amianto.info discontinues a paid service or significantly reduces its functionality, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of their subscription.
