Definition

A comprehensive clearance process consisting of: 1) Visual inspection of the work area, 2) Thorough cleaning and removal of waste, 3) Another visual inspection after cleaning, and 4) Air monitoring to verify fiber levels are below acceptable limits. All four stages must be successfully completed before the work area is certified as safe for normal occupancy.
